eDelivery
With eDelivery you can view your monthly statements online — for up to 12 months — then print as needed. So there’s no waiting by the mailbox or worrying about theft if you’re away. You’ll be notified by email when your statement is ready.

With eAlerts, you're always in touch with your iQ accounts. eAlerts are free, electronic messages about recent account activity delivered by e-mail or text message to your cell phone. Get alerted when:
- Your account balance goes above or below your pre-selected amount
- A deposit posts
- A debit(s) occurs
- Daily balance update
- A payment posts
- Your Line of Credit is accessed

eAlerts are fast and free
The eAlert service monitors your account 24 hours a day and periodically (usually every 30 minutes) sends notification of account events you've selected. It's faster than the mail – and it saves you from finding out on your own. There's no fee for the eAlerts service and there is no limit to the number of eAlerts you can select.
eAlerts keep you in touch with your accounts. Please note, though, that eAlerts:
- Do not prevent account events from occurring.
- Are issued only once per account event you select.
- Cannot be guaranteed to be issued or arrive within a certain time period of any account event.
While we make every effort to deliver the eAlert notifications you select in the most timely manner available, the unpredictable nature of unsecured Internet communication prevents us from being responsible in any way if notification is received late or not at all.
