Steps -
Step 1
Use a touch-tone® phone to dial the V.I.P TellerPhone
number.
Step 2
Enter both your account number and your Access Code as one
number.
Step 3
Enter the Service Code (found on this card) for the transaction
you want to complete. If the transaction you are requesting
needs an ID number, you'll find this on your statement. Follow
each entry with the # sign.
Step 4
When you're finished, say "Good-bye" by entering
42#. |

Important
Tips
» Use the # symbol after each entry.
» *# erases your transaction and allows you to start over.
» When entering a dollar amount, no decimal point is needed. Example:
$125.50 would be entered as 12550#.
» For a description of the codes, press 99#.
» Be sure to say"Good-bye" by entering 42#, so that
the next available person may use the service.
