Since 1940, iQ Credit Union has always been about members helping members. Over time, our educational core expanded — first to include all school employees, then to their families, then to select employee groups, then to six SW Washington counties and now to the entire state of Washington. While the Clark County School Employees Credit Union name has changed, our commitment to educators and the educational community remains as strong as ever. iQ Credit Union stands for financial intelligence and demonstrates our continued commitment to the educational community.
READ WITH ME
At iQ Credit Union, we believe in helping our community – one child at a time. For the thirteenth year, iQ Credit Union is offering a reading program that gives books away to school children – free! This program is called Read With Me.
Teachers and administrators it’s time to apply! In a partnership with businesses in the community, book grants are distributed using an application process through schools. Thirty-eight schools received books from the Read With Me program for the 2008-2009 school year, representing over 3,743 children.
Below are applications for the 2009-2010 Read With Me program. Applications are also available at any branch location of iQ Credit Union. The deadline to return applications is Thursday, November 19, 2009. Book grants will be distributed starting in February 2010.
