Sign up for alerts. A great feature of our information desk that allows you to be notified when information changes. Want to keep up to date about online banking? Sign up for an alert and get an email that alerts you of the update.
Alerts notify you of additions or changes to a knowledge item or category of knowledge items you have selected. There are two types of alerts: Knowledge Alerts and Category Alerts. Knowledge Alerts are for specific knowledge items (Q&As or topics/articles). Category Alerts are triggered when knowledge items are added or changed within a category or any of its subcategories. You will receive alert notifications by no more than one email each day, regardless of the number of alerts triggered. Your alerts can be accessed from this page for any item you want to bookmark.
